O consórcio do projeto Rede Nacional para a Alimentação Equilibrada e Sustentável (RNAES) está a dinamizar o Encontro Nacional para Alimentação Equilibrada e Sustentável, que terá lugar de 17 a 19 de Maio em Tomar, Portugal.
Inserido no âmbito do Wellness Weekend em parceria com a ADIRN e Município de Tomar, este evento reúne mais de 22 projetos e equipas que trabalham com alimentação equilibrada e sustentável em diferentes territórios do país. O objetivo do encontro é promover a partilha de conhecimento e experiências entre diversos atores, incluindo nutricionistas, técnicos de desenvolvimento local, investigadores, decisores políticos, educadores, agricultores e o público em geral.
Ao longo dos três dias do encontro, decorrerão uma variedade apresentações, exposições, demonstrações gastronómicas e debates sobre temas como: educação alimentar, dieta mediterrânica, alimentação sustentável, agricultura familiar, desperdício alimentar, entre outros.
Destaca-se o dia 17 de maio, das 15h00 às 18h00, com a Conferência Alimentação Equilibrada e Sustentável na Biblioteca Municipal de Tomar, que contará com duas sessões:
· Alimentação Sustentável por Portugal – Esta sessão proporcionará um espaço para a troca de experiências e perspetivas de diversos projetos comprometidos com a promoção da alimentação equilibrada e sustentável.
· Promoção de uma Alimentação Equilibrada e Sustentável - Que desafios e oportunidades? – Esta mesa redonda reunirá especialistas nas áreas da nutrição e saúde, agricultura, ambiente, educação, políticas públicas e investigação. Em conjunto, discutirão os desafios e as oportunidades de articulação para a promoção de uma alimentação equilibrada e sustentável em Portugal.
Nos dias 18 e 19 Maio, na Mata Nacional dos Sete Montes, será possível experienciar e degustar o melhor da alimentação saudável e sustentável das várias regiões representadas.
